ABOUT THE JOB<br>We are currently seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to join our Project and Construction Management team in Riyadh. This opportunity lies within our Infrastructure Division and requires specific expertise in working on Civil Engineering and Transportation projects, particularly those involving roads, highways, bridges, and tunnels in urban environments. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating your respective construction package, including the follow up of the Contractor schedules, allocating responsibilities for the Site team, anticipate deviations, ensure the application of best practices, instruct the surveillance, and achieve Quality standards, implement HSE Engineers recommendations and verify works’ execution.<br><br>KEY RESPONSABILITIES<br>Main descriptions of the job position:<br>Overseeing the logistical requirements of their respective package. Delegating work to Site Team. Meeting regularly with Contractors, third parties and other managers to report on progress. Setting targets, objectives, and responsibilities for all supervised staff. Regularly reviewing timings, budget, labor, risk, and project plans to ensure work stays on track. Setting and agreeing works acceptance. Conducting site visits to inspect work, check materials and ensure staff are following health and safety guidelines. Dealing with unforeseen and mitigating the impact of any issues Ensuring the delivery of high-quality work within contract timescales. Working in an office and on a construction site.<br><br><br>ABOUT YOU<br>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, with the relevant specialty/majoring in project Management and/or equivalent work experience. Applicable Experience: over 15 years in project management, particularly in mega construction projects, with a focus on onsite traffic management, mainly as a Consultant. Candidates with exclusive contractors experience will not be taken into consideration. At least experience in 1 or more projects of ROADS. Candidates without clear ROAD experience will not be taken into consideration. Understanding of construction, design and engineering principles. Understanding of local regulations, and safety standards. Proficiency level of English language. Arabic Language is a plus. Excellent communication skills. Report writing skills, social skills, communication, teamwork, problem solving, autonomy, flexibility, and technical rigor.
