The role ensures a secure, compliant, and highly efficient environment for guests, colleagues, and assets. <p>Responsible for expert-level support, troubleshooting, and enhancement of business applications, ensuring high performance, availability, and seamless IT operations for end-users. Job Purpose Responsible for providing expert-level support and troubleshooting for the company's critical business applications, ensuring their optimal performance and availability. This role works closely with the IT operations team, application owners, and end-users to identify and resolve complex issues, implement enhancements, and ensure the seamless operation of the company's business-critical systems. Key Responsibilities Primary Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for end-users, providing timely and effective support, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for the organization's business applications. Identity & Access Alignment: Collaborate with the infrastructure team on user access management, directory synchronization (e.g., aligning SAP SuccessFactors with Azure Active Directory ), and role mapping Issue Resolution: Analyze and troubleshoot complex incidents, identify root causes, and implement solutions to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.
