<li>Under strict supervision, assists during rigging-up and rigging-down of surface and down hole well logging equipment on work locations for the purpose of recording information about sub-surface geologic formations.</li>

<p>Ensure Organization design supports the organizational structure. Maintain the organization management systems and processes for the job creation, job evaluation, grading and organizational change rules. Determine the structural design that involves best arrangement of roles, authorities and responsibilities. The structure should promote efficient workflow, communication and decision making.</p><p>4. Facilitate the process of the, Job Analysis, new job position creation and design and maintain the methodology for the Organization structure, job creation and the job evaluation.</p><p>5. Coordinate with C&B Team on the grading of job positions, promotion activities and participating in Job matching and salary benchmark surveys.</p><p>6. Create relevant surveys that help evaluate the effectiveness and identify ways to enhance efficiency within the organization.</p><p>7. Review and ensure the consistency of job descriptions with internal policies and procedures.</p><p>8. Provide support in analyses, studies and devises recommendation for the resolution of unique issues or cases pertaining to organization change, organization development processes, and systems, suggests best solution to address the issues.</p><p>9. Ensure the Organization Management systems support the effective functioning of the organization. Ensure the work of OM systems are based on approved organization structure, positions, level of authority, work flow, records, programs, and other ERP works have maintained appropriately.</p><p>10. Conduct job evaluation based on new job descriptions and derive the appropriate grade results for the jobs. As well as review and update job evaluation for current jobs as needed.</p><p>11. Participate in designing and maintaining all jobs in the organization and link it with career path/ladder.</p><p>12. Conduct regular checks of the organizational structure and recommend changes to make the organization more efficient.</p><p>13. Coordinates procedures with physicians.<br>• Notifies the personnel in the Radionuclide Production Department of pending patient schedule for production of proper isotopes. Logs and maintains records of dispensing and disposal of radiopharmaceuticals.<br>• Explains procedures to patient. Observes and monitors patients during procedures, notes signs of distress and/or medical emergencies, takes remedial action, and notifies the nurse and/or physician as necessary. <br>5. Documents and logs all patient events and procedures. <br>7. Ensures a safe environment and safe operation of equipment.
