bout the Role The Manager – Commercial Contract will lead the end-to-end management of commercial contracts across KSIA projects and business functions, including special contracts, leases, consultancy agreements, and project-related agreements. The role will oversee contract negotiations, administration, governance, claims, changes, and commercial risks while providing strategic guidance to stakeholders and ensuring alignment with KSIA requirements and organizational objectives.<br>Key Responsibilities Provide legal drafting and advisory support during the negotiation of land leases, office rentals, warehouse agreements, and other property-related contracts. Review property management contracts to ensure alignment with operational requirements and asset protection strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for hands-on vehicle processing activities, ensuring vehicles are received, inspected, prepared, and dispatched safely, accurately, and according to company standards. Key Responsibilities Perform vehicle receiving and check-in procedures accurately. Carry out vehicle car wash and interior cleaning activities. Insert owner’s manuals, warranty documents, and other required items. Perform GDS, interior, and quality inspection checks. Assemble and install PIO (Port Installed Options) parts and accessories.
