Job Summary The Total Rewards Specialist is responsible for supporting the administration and continuous improvement of the company’s compensation and benefits programs to ensure internal equity, market competitiveness, and alignment with the organization’s business objectives. The position supports salary analysis, compensation benchmarking, benefits administration, salary structures, and Total Rewards reporting while working closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, and other relevant functions to ensure accurate and effective compensation and benefits practices. Conduct salary analysis and market benchmarking to assess internal equity and external competitiveness. Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Power Point. Experience with HRMS, payroll systems, HR analytics, and reporting tools is preferred. High level of confidentiality, attention to detail, and data accuracy.
