<b>Role Purpose</b><br>As a Security Officer (CCTV Operator), you will help create a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our guests, colleagues, visitors, and hotel assets. <p><h4>Responsibilities</h4> <p>The testing and commissioning section head (E2) is responsible for leading and managing all testing, validation, and commissioning activities across large-scale projects, ensuring full compliance with client requirements, operational standards, and regulatory obligations. We want to understand how you think, how you influence stakeholders, how you make difficult decisions, and how you build functions that enable businesses to grow responsibly.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>10+ years of legal experience, including in-house legal and compliance leadership at a technology, SaaS, or comparably regulated company.</p><p>Qualified lawyer with a strong grounding in commercial, corporate, and technology law; Saudi law exposure and understanding of the KSA/GCC regulatory environment strongly preferred.</p><p>Demonstrated ownership of a compliance and certification program (ISO 27001, SOC 2 or equivalent) and of data-protection compliance (PDPL and/or GDPR).</p><p>Hands-on M&amp;A and corporate experience - managed diligence and transaction processes, ideally including work alongside investors and boards.</p><p>Regulated-industry exposure - experience serving or operating within public-sector, banking/financial-services, or telecom environments.</p><p>Track record of building or scaling a legal and compliance function in a high-growth company, and of managing external counsel effectively on a budget.</p><p>Pre-IPO or capital-markets readiness experience is a strong advantage.</p><p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Competencies</strong></p><ul><li>Autonomous operator.
