V2X has an opening for an Aviation Maintenance Test Pilot (MTP). Responsible for performing Maintenance Test Flights (MTF), Maintenance Operational Checks (MOC), and conducting in-flight troubleshooting and verifications of aircraft to ensure airworthiness upon completion of extensive disassembly for maintenance, repair, replacement or modification of components or aircraft systems. Flights typically associated with this position include determining the availability of required aircraft power, assessing power plant health and performance, and verifying the functioning of aircraft components and systems in accordance with applicable aircraft technical publications and predetermined requirements. The MTP shall perform general or limited test flights of aircraft when ground diagnostic tests cannot determine the safe and/or proper functioning of aircraft components or systems. The MTP shall conduct aircraft general and pre-flight readiness inspections. The MTP shall successfully start, run-up, fly, navigate and safely land aircraft IAW applicable aircraft operators manual. The MTP shall correctly complete all required aircraft maintenance forms, records, and aircraft logbooks entries. The MTP shall perform mathematical calculations, performance data, and landing configurations of the type series. The MTP shall conduct briefings to flight crew members and maintenance personnel in support of the various MTP aircraft operations as stated above.</p><p>Ensures that maintenance test flight functional activities and procedures are planned, coordinated, integrated, and synchronized to achieve established platform operational readiness rates IAW contractual requirements. <p>The ITS Director for Fare Collection Systems with a minimum of 12 years senior technical and management experience and a university degree, shall be responsible for the overall management, performance, and integration of the fare collection system of the Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) across the Public Transport Network. This includes AFC (Automatic Fare Collection), CCC (Customer Contact Center) and associated systems and interfaces, including integration with external stakeholders such as the Metro Network. To perform verification and inspection of process parameters of all production lines on a daily basis and report to production team for the non-compliance.<br>2. To perform verification on the compliance of Line Operators in performing their routine quality line inspections.<br>3. To perform finished good (FG) physical and chemical testing for all products produced in the factory daily.<br>4. To perform proper collection of Retention FG Sample (Library Sample) from the production line and verify the correctness of collected retention samples before sending them to Quality library room and report to the team if there are non-conformance observed.<br>5. To verify the quality of the product produced in in-house co-packing and monitor the action closure of the gaps.<br>6. To ensure that all Hold/Rejected non-conforming finished goods are physically blocked with Hold/Reject Stickers, inform QA Team Leader for system blockage, and coordinate with the production team for actions needed.<br>7. To conduct training for operators for new SOP, OPL, and Quality Refreshers and must be fully documented.<br>8. To ensure that all finished goods (FG) Reference Standard are updated in the production line and QA Lab.<br>9. To ensure that all semi-finished good (Bulk) Reference Standard are update in the bulk making area and QA Lab.<br>10. To ensure that all Product Change Over Reference (PCOR) and Datecode Calendar in production lines are updated.<br>11. To attend finished good trials and perform CRQS inspection of the trialed pallets.<br>12. To coordinate with Process Engineer for any process improvement whenever needed.<br>13. To maintain high quality standards, ensure safe working practice and care for the environment through total compliance with the guidelines and targets set in Health, Safety & Environment, Quality and Consumer Safety, UMS and Customer Service on BUL Factory.<br><b><span>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</span></b><br>Graduate of Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Science-related bachelor’s degree.<br>Fresh Graduate.
