Executes energy saving measures and helps the department to reduce the energy cost. Carryout daily checks on Lighting control, Power system, Electrical service rooms (MV/ LV), Energy Meters, Transformer Rooms, Fire Pump Rooms, Room Management System, Water Tank systems, BMS system ensuring and all set parameters as desired for intended operation. Familiarizes himself with total layout of the building and estate regarding safety aspects such as isolation points, etc. Performs preventive maintenance work on for the electrical equipment and maintains service / history reports.
