The role will be responsible for ensuring competitive and equitable reward practices, accurate and timely payroll operations, effective benefits administration, and the development of recognition and incentive programs that support employee engagement and business objectives.<br>Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end payroll operation, ensuring accurate and timely processing of salaries, allowances, overtime, deductions, reimbursements, incentives, bonuses, and employee final settlements.
