With offices in Jordan, Egypt, and Morocco, we specialize in empowering businesses to migrate and scale their AI technology infrastructure confidently, achieving a high level of maturity in their digital landscapes. Our comprehensive services and products guarantee seamless cloud migration, scalability, and management, ensuring optimal performance and consistent reliability for our valued partners.
Role Description
Omni Ops is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to own the day-to-day delivery of a multi-tower managed-services engagement. Based onsite in Jeddah, you’ll be the operational engine of the account, turning service commitments into disciplined daily execution across cloud, infrastructure, network, database, backup and virtualization towers. You’ll lead a blended onsite and offshore team, own ticket quality and shift coverage, and act as the primary operational point of contact for the client. This is a senior, client-facing role reporting to the Delivery Manager.
Key Responsibilities Own the daily operational rhythm across all service towers, ensuring services are delivered to agreed SLAs and KPIs. Run the daily operations review and 24×7 shift handover, tracking P1/P2 incidents, risks, backup failures, alerts, changes, patch status and aged tickets. Ensure incidents, service requests and changes are actioned, progressed and closed within target, escalating where needed. Own ticket quality, including accurate categorization, prioritization, documentation and timely updates in the ITSM platform. Enforce incident, problem and change management processes, including adherence to the escalation hierarchy (L1/L2/L3 and management). Monitor queues and backlog, driving aged and breaching tickets to resolution. Own the roster and shift coverage, including the 24×7 NOC rotation and tower on-call schedules, ensuring no gaps. Manage leave, backfill, attrition and shift changes so coverage and SLAs are maintained without degradation. Coordinate onsite and offshore resources across multiple delivery centers to ensure balanced, effective task execution. Assign and track operational tasks across tower teams, ensuring the right resource with the right skill is engaged. Coordinate maintenance windows, standard and normal changes, and patch cycles in line with the change calendar and CAB. Ensure operational documentation (runbooks, SOPs, CMDB, configurations) is kept current and validated. Act as the operational coordinator during major incidents, mobilizing resources, coordinating the major-incident bridge and keeping the client informed. Serve as an escalation point above the shift lead and below the Delivery Manager, ensuring timely engagement of specialists and vendors. Ensure accurate SLA/KPI evidence and timely operational reporting. Contribute to weekly and monthly service reviews, and support Service Improvement Plans (SIPs) and continuous-improvement actions. Monitor resource adequacy (ticket volume, backlog, major incidents, patch workload, after-hours calls, SLA trends) and flag risks early. Act as the primary onsite operational contact for the client, building trust through responsiveness, transparency and delivery. Ensure operational alignment with client priorities, approvals and governance.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.7+ years of experience in IT operations, managed services, infrastructure operations, or service delivery. Proven experience managing multi-tower IT environments, preferably covering cloud, infrastructure, network, database, backup, and virtualization. Strong knowledge of ITSM and ITIL practices, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Level Management. Experience managing 24×7 operations, shift rosters, and blended onsite/offshore teams. Demonstrated experience managing SLA and KPI performance in an enterprise environment. Strong incident management, escalation, coordination, and prioritization skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and senior client stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple teams during major incidents and critical operational situations.
Preferred Qualifications ITIL v4 Foundation or higher certification. PMP, Service Management, or other relevant project/service management certification. Experience working in large enterprise, regulated, or mission-critical environments. Experience managing hybrid on-premises and cloud environments. Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and enterprise cloud technologies. Experience with ITSM platforms and service management tools. Previous experience managing vendor relationships and third-party service providers. Fluency in both Arabic and English. Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is an advantage.

About the role
We are looking for a commercially driven company builder to join us as General Manager – Growth & Operations and help lead the company through its next stage of growth. This role is designed for someone who has worked in startups, SMEs, founder-led companies, or entrepreneurial business units and has personally created opportunities, won business, built teams, launched projects, and taken responsibility beyond a single department. We are particularly interested in candidates whose career started or developed through sales, business development, partnerships, commercial leadership, or business management and later expanded into broader company leadership.
The successful candidate will work closely with the founders and Board to identify where the company should grow, create and pursue new opportunities, strengthen the organisation internally, and ensure that what is sold can actually be delivered. This is not a traditional corporate management position. We are looking for someone who can build, sell, negotiate, execute, and lead.
Candidates whose experience is limited primarily to large, highly structured organisations are unlikely to be suited to the level of ownership and direct execution required.
What you will be responsible for
Growth and business development Identify new revenue opportunities, markets, services, partnerships, and customer segments. Personally originate and develop opportunities rather than relying only on inbound leads. Build relationships with government entities, corporations, universities, developers, tourism destinations, events, and strategic partners. Create and pitch new commercial concepts and solutions. Lead proposals, tenders, pricing, negotiations, and commercial discussions. Work directly with the founders on major opportunities and independently develop others. Convert opportunities into signed contracts, projects, partnerships, and recurring revenue. Expand revenue from existing services, fleets, assets, customers, and relationships. Build the company’s business development and commercial capabilities over time.
Company building Assess the company’s current structure, people, processes, and management capabilities. Build stronger departments and develop managers who can operate independently. Identify missing roles, weak ownership, and organisational bottlenecks. Recruit, develop, restructure, or replace people where necessary. Establish clear responsibilities, decision-making authority, KPIs, and accountability. Reduce the company’s dependence on founders for daily execution. Introduce professional management discipline without creating unnecessary bureaucracy. Build an organisation capable of supporting significantly larger revenue and operations.
Strategy and expansion Work with the founders and Board to define the company’s growth strategy. Identify opportunities in government and corporate mobility projects, shared mobility, fleet management, technology services, vehicle rental, and related mobility businesses. Evaluate opportunities based on market potential, profitability, execution requirements, and strategic value. Develop business cases and launch plans for approved opportunities. Lead entry into new projects, locations, services, and customer segments. Continuously look for opportunities that the company is currently missing.
Operations and execution Take ownership of company-wide execution and ensure decisions become results. Oversee daily operational performance, including fleet operations, maintenance, customer support, procurement, projects, and other supporting functions. Improve efficiency, service quality, fleet utilisation, maintenance performance, and cost control. Build management systems that identify problems early and ensure they are resolved. Translate Board and management decisions into owners, deadlines, KPIs, and follow-up. Step directly into important problems when necessary and remain accountable until they are resolved.
People and leadership Lead approximately 20–40 employees directly and indirectly. Build and develop capable managers and supervisors. Set clear expectations and hold people accountable for measurable outcomes. Address poor performance and difficult people decisions directly. Build a culture of ownership, speed, commercial thinking, discipline, and execution. Work effectively with strong founders and stakeholders while maintaining independent judgment. Be willing to challenge assumptions and communicate uncomfortable truths when necessary.
Commercial and financial ownership Understand the economics behind opportunities, projects, and operational decisions. Monitor revenue, costs, margins, budgets, collections, and project profitability. Negotiate with customers, suppliers, contractors, and strategic partners. Challenge inefficient spending and improve margins. Ensure that growth creates economic value rather than simply increasing activity.
Who we are looking for The ideal candidate is a high-agency company builder with strong commercial instincts. We are particularly interested in people who have progressed from sales, business development, partnerships, commercial management, or business management into broader leadership roles such as General Manager, Business Unit Head, Country Manager, Managing Director, COO, CEO, or similar positions.
We want someone who can point to things they personally created:A customer they approached. A contract they originated and closed. A new service they conceived and sold. A business unit they launched. A team they built. A department they fixed. A market they entered. A meaningful increase in revenue they personally helped create.
Required profile Minimum five years of relevant professional experience. Meaningful experience in startups, SMEs, founder-led companies, or entrepreneurial environments. Experience generating revenue through sales, business development, partnerships, or commercial initiatives. Experience managing people and responsibilities across multiple business functions. Strong commercial judgment and negotiation ability. Comfortable with ambiguity, limited resources, and changing priorities. Strong understanding of the Saudi business environment. Fluent Arabic and professional English. Saudi nationals are preferred.
Experience solely within large corporate environments without meaningful SME, startup, or entrepreneurial experience is not sufficient for this role.
What success looks like Success means the company finds and captures more opportunities, grows revenue, develops stronger management, becomes less dependent on its founders, executes faster, and builds the organisational capability required for its next stage. We are not looking for someone to simply maintain the business.
We are looking for someone who can help build what comes next.
