Develop comprehensive account strategies and growth plans to increase revenue, profitability, customer engagement, and DXC’s share of wallet. Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, senior decision-makers, procurement teams, and technology leaders within assigned accounts. Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts through cross-selling, upselling, and expansion of DXC Technology’s solutions and services. Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business strategy, technology landscape, transformation priorities, challenges, and investment roadmap. Position DXC Technology’s capabilities across areas such as Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Applications, Data & AI, Digital Transformation, Managed Services, and Consulting based on customer requirements. Manage the complete commercial and sales lifecycle, including opportunity qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiations, contracting, and deal closure. Collaborate closely with pre-sales, solution architects, delivery, consulting, commercial, finance, and leadership teams to develop competitive and commercially viable solutions. Maintain a healthy and predictable sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting, opportunity management, and account reporting. Monitor customer satisfaction and work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful execution, proactively addressing commercial or relationship risks. Identify upcoming tenders, transformation initiatives, technology investments, and strategic programs within assigned accounts. Develop competitive intelligence and maintain a strong understanding of market trends, customer priorities, and competitor activities. Achieve and exceed assigned revenue, bookings, margin, pipeline, and account growth targets.<br>Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.5–8+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, account management, key account management, or business development. Proven experience managing and growing large enterprise or strategic accounts in Saudi Arabia. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and developing significant technology opportunities within existing customer accounts. Strong understanding of the IT services, digital transformation, cloud, infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, managed services, and consulting landscape. Experience managing large and complex technology deals involving multiple internal and customer stakeholders. Strong professional network and established relationships with key decision-makers within the Saudi market are highly desirable. Strong commercial acumen with experience in account planning, pipeline management, forecasting, negotiation, and contract management. Ability to engage effectively with C-level and senior executive stakeholders and translate customer business priorities into technology opportunities. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Highly proactive, customer-focused, commercially minded, and results-driven. Ability to operate effectively within a complex, matrixed, and fast-paced global organization.
