Role Description We are looking for Tendering Specialists with experience in the Saudi market to join our project execution network, supporting the preparation and submission of technical and financial proposals for tenders issued by governmental, semi-governmental, and private sector entities across Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is ideal for freelancers and professionals with hands-on experience in tenders and bidding processes who are seeking continuous project-based opportunities. <br>Key Responsibilities Prepare and develop technical and financial proposal documents for tenders and bids. Review tender requirements, scope of work, and submission conditions. Prepare submission documents and ensure compliance with client requirements. Develop pricing sheets and required technical/commercial attachments. Organize and submit tender files professionally within deadlines. Follow up on clarifications and updates related to tenders when needed. <br>Requirements Previous practical experience in preparing tenders and proposals within the Saudi market. Good understanding of procurement and tendering procedures in Saudi Arabia. Ability to prepare professional technical and financial proposals. Strong organizational and deadline management skills.
