Identify suitable PPP, BOT, BOO, concession, and project-development opportunities. Coordinate with EDECS’s technical and operational teams to evaluate delivery capabilities, commercial assumptions, and risks. Recommend whether EDECS should build, acquire, invest, or partner when entering new sectors. Support opportunities from initial development through negotiation and financial close.4. Capital Partnerships Develop relationships with family offices, infrastructure funds, private equity firms, banks, sovereign investors, and strategic investors. Identify suitable equity, debt, project-finance, and co-investment partners for approved initiatives. Support the preparation and presentation of investment opportunities to potential capital partners. Coordinate with the Group Investments Director on valuation, financial structuring, capital requirements, and expected returns.5. Governance and Reporting Maintain a live opportunity pipeline showing value, probability, strategic fit, risks, decision dates, and next actions. Prepare regular reports for the Group Investments Director and Chairman. Coordinate corporate development activities across investment, finance, legal, technical, and operational teams. Lead opportunity origination and external commercial engagement while the Group Investments Director retains responsibility for valuation, financial underwriting, capital allocation, Investment Committee recommendations, and portfolio monitoring. Ensure that no binding commitment is made without the appropriate internal approval.<br><br>Skills and Qualifications:<br>Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, business administration, or a related field; an MBA is a plus. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including substantial experience in Saudi Arabia. Proven experience originating and executing acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, concessions, PPPs, or strategic partnerships. Strong senior-level relationships across the Saudi investment, infrastructure, government-linked, family-business, and corporate ecosystem. Demonstrated ability to convert relationships into signed agreements, awarded projects, completed investments, or financially closed transactions.
