<p>Computer Technician</p><p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>Computer Technician</strong> to join our team in <strong>Riyadh, Saudi Arabia</strong>. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining desktop and laptop computers, with solid knowledge of both hardware and software troubleshooting.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop and laptop hardware and software issues.</li><li>Repair and replace computer components such as HDD/SSD, RAM, power supplies, and other hardware parts.</li><li>Install and configure Windows operating systems, drivers, and software applications.</li><li>Troubleshoot Windows errors, software problems, and computer performance issues.</li><li>Upgrade desktops and laptops according to customer requirements.</li><li>Assemble custom PCs, install components, and perform testing.</li><li>Perform formatting, system setup, data transfer, and backup when required.</li><li>Receive customer devices, identify problems, and clearly explain recommended repair solutions.</li><li>Maintain proper handling of customer devices, tools, spare parts, and the work area.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum <strong>1 year of practical experience in the Saudi market</strong> in computer repair and maintenance.</li><li>Strong knowledge of <strong>hardware and software troubleshooting</strong>.</li><li>Hands-on experience in desktop and laptop repair.</li><li>Good knowledge of Windows installation, drivers, and software configuration.</li><li>Ability to diagnose technical problems and work independently.</li><li>Knowledge of printers, networking, and peripheral devices is an advantage.</li><li>Good communication skills and professional customer service.</li><li>Valid and <strong>transferable Iqama after successfully completing the probation period</strong>.</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience and skills, to be determined after the interview.</li><li><strong>Performance-based incentives and bonuses.</strong></li><li>Professional and supportive work environment.</li><li>Opportunity for long-term growth as the business expands.</li></ul><p><strong>Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia</strong></p>
