Role Purpose:

Perform Field Repairs and Preventative Maintenance of Coolers to Reduce Breakdown Time.

Accountabilities:

• Repair Coolers as Per Standard Diagnosis and Repair Procedure to Minimize Cooler Downtime and Rework Requirement.
• Execute Scheduled Preventive Maintenance as Per Plan in a Cost Effective and Timely Manner to Minimize Irregular Breakdowns.
• Report the Job Done through Electronic Service Order using Handheld with Accurate and Complete Information as per MEM Policy at Every Call.
• Handle the Spare Parts Inventory in Service Van & Maintain Standard Inventory Levels.
• Educate Customers on Basic Equipment Repair and Maintenance.
• Perform all Activities in a Safe Manner as Per Local Safety standards.
• Operate & Maintain Service Vehicle as per Standard Regulations and Manufacturer Recommendation.

Skills

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Refrigeration/Electrical field
• Good communication skills.
• Must have valid driving license.

Special Job Requirements

• Flexible to move between different MEM locations/branches
• Flexible for temporary assignment to remote branches
• Moving coolers at marketplace for repair if required
