JOB PURPOSE: Manage and deliver multiple projects from concept development to closeout phase within controlled budget and defined schedule. Overall Purpose of Role To lead and coordinate day to day construction execution on site, acting as the right hand to the Construction Manager and ensuring pipeline and associated facility works are delivered safely, on schedule, and in full accordance with approved engineering drawings, specifications, and Saudi Aramco standards. Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the technology, design and operation of Steam Methane Reformers (HYCO) and CO₂ production systems is preferred. Single-technology expertise will be considered; multi-technology background is strongly preferred at this senior level. Proven track record of start-up, commissioning and plant operating experience.
