JOB PURPOSE: Manage and deliver multiple projects from concept development to closeout phase within controlled budget and defined schedule. Responsibilities<br>Implement corrosion management program and on-stream monitoring. Troubleshoot and provide technical support for corrosion and assets integrity management. Conduct risk-based inspections based on API-580 methodology. Review and approve recommended solutions for coating failures and cathodic protection. Participate in HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Study) review sessions and ensure that all issues are addressed. Manage the water treatment program and recommend solutions to overcome challenges. Review and support proper operations within integrity operating windows (IOW). Review design packages and validate materials selection based on current codes and standards. Validate corrosion controls, corrosion loops, and corrosion damage mechanisms frequently. Assess feed composition changes and approve recommended solutions to assure asset integrity. Overall Purpose of Role To lead and coordinate day to day construction execution on site, acting as the right hand to the Construction Manager and ensuring pipeline and associated facility works are delivered safely, on schedule, and in full accordance with approved engineering drawings, specifications, and Saudi Aramco standards. Minimum 12+ years of experience in Engineering and/or Operations in a senior technical role within the industrial gases, refining, petrochemical (Methanol and ammonia) or hydrogen production industry. Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the technology, design and operation of Steam Methane Reformers (HYCO) and CO₂ production systems is preferred. Single-technology expertise will be considered; multi-technology background is strongly preferred at this senior level. Proven track record of start-up, commissioning and plant operating experience.
