Lead and mentor QA/QC Engineers and Inspectors while promoting continuous quality improvement initiatives.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering. 10+ years of experience in QA/QC for architectural works within large-scale construction projects. Proven experience leading QA/QC activities for residential, hospitality, commercial, or mixed-use developments. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System. Experience preparing and implementing Project Quality Plans (PQP), ITPs, Method Statements, and QA/QC documentation. Strong experience in architectural finishes inspection and quality management. Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and project teams. Strong understanding of project specifications, local building regulations, and international quality standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and QA/QC documentation systems. Excellent communication, leadership, reporting, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage for GCC projects).</p><p></p></section>
