Job Purpose Responsible for the technical review, supervision, and coordination of architectural works for ensuring compliance with approved IFC drawings, project specifications, quality requirements, and applicable codes and standards. Key Responsibilities Review architectural IFC drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical submissions. Supervise architectural and finishing works and verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and materials. Review architectural mock-ups, finishes, samples, and workmanship. Coordinate architectural works with structural, MEP, landscape, interior, façade, and other disciplines. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant Engineering discipline from a recognized university. Minimum 10 years of overall relevant professional experience. Minimum 3 years of experience working with a Consultant / PMC organization. Strong technical background in the relevant discipline, with proven ability to review designs, drawings, specifications, calculations, technical submittals, and resolve complex technical issues. Proven experience in large-scale commercial, retail, mixed-use, or major real estate development projects. Strong experience in design review, construction supervision, technical coordination, site execution, quality control, and contractor management. Strong knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC) and relevant international codes and standards. Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) in the appropriate professional classification. Strong analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and technical reporting skills. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

night, creating memorable moments and elevating the atmosphere across every concept.<br> The ideal candidate will have experience designing lighting for theme parks, destination attractions, luxury resorts, entertainment districts, or immersive public environments , with a strong understanding of architectural, landscape, and experiential lighting.<br> You will combine technical expertise with artistic vision to ensure every lighting installation enhances both functionality and guest experience.<br> Responsibilities: Lighting Design & Creative Direction Develop and implement creative lighting concepts that enhance the identity of The Groves and each individual venue.<br> Design lighting schemes for building facades, landscaped gardens, water features, pathways, public gathering spaces, retail areas, and restaurant exteriors.<br> Create immersive lighting experiences that transform spaces throughout the day and night.<br> Design dynamic lighting scenes for seasonal
