As part of its continued growth, the company is looking to hire a talented Architect Engineer to join its dynamic design team. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative architect who is passionate about concept design, façade development, and delivering exceptional architectural solutions within a collaborative design environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop creative architectural concepts and design solutions for residential and Residential and multi-sector developments. Lead and contribute to façade design and architectural development throughout all design stages. Prepare concept, schematic, and design development packages. Produce high-quality architectural presentations and design documentation. Develop and coordinate BIM/Revit models throughout the design process. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design quality and project integration. Support the delivery of projects while maintaining high design standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.4–6 years of experience within an architectural design consultancy. Strong experience in concept design, façade design, and design development. Proven experience delivering residential and Residential and multi-sector developments projects. Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC. Saudi nationals are preferred; however, qualified candidates of all nationalities are encouraged to apply. Portfolio submission is mandatory.
