<p>Required</p><p>Sales and Business Development Executive</p><p>For a digital loyalty program targeting cafes, restaurants, and retail stores.</p><p>Tasks and Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Searching for new clients on a daily basis.</li><li>Communicating with business owners and decision-makers.</li><li>Conducting field visits to prospective clients.</li><li>Presenting and explaining the loyalty program in a clear and persuasive manner.</li><li>Providing demo presentations to clients when needed.</li><li>Following up with clients until subscription closure.</li><li>Building and updating a database of potential clients.</li><li>Following up with clients after subscription to ensure they start using the service.</li><li>Submitting periodic reports on calls, visits, offers, and subscriptions.</li><li>Achieving the required monthly target.</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Experience in sales or business development.</li><li>Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to reach decision-makers and close deals.</li><li>Proactive and energetic personality capable of handling field work.</li><li>Highly organized in follow-up and client management.</li><li>Experience in dealing with cafes, restaurants, or the retail sector is preferred.</li><li>Having a car and a valid driver's license is highly preferred.</li></ul><p>Salary and Commission:</p><ul><li>Fixed salary:<p></p><p>3,000 SAR</p></li><li>Commission:<p></p><p>100 SAR for each paid and activated subscription</p></li></ul>
