<p>About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Contractor Onboarding & Access Management Coordinator to manage the end-to-end onboarding process for contractors, consultants, and temporary resources. The role will be responsible for coordinating onboarding documentation, approvals, access requests, system provisioning, employee IDs and badges, induction activities, and stakeholder communication to ensure every contractor is fully operational from their first working day. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a banking environment , coordinating across multiple stakeholders, managing multiple onboarding activities simultaneously, and ensuring all processes comply with bank policies, security requirements, and access management controls.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Contractor Onboarding</p><ul><li>Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for contractors, consultants, and temporary resources.</li><li>Ensure all onboarding activities are completed before the contractor's joining date.</li><li>Coordinate with hiring managers and project teams to collect all required onboarding information.</li><li>Verify contractor documentation and ensure all required documents are complete and valid.</li><li>Maintain accurate onboarding records and trackers.</li><li>Schedule onboarding activities, induction sessions, and required orientations.</li><li>Ensure all required approvals are obtained before onboarding completion.</li><li>Proactively identify and resolve onboarding delays or missing requirements.</li></ul><p>Access & System Provisioning</p><ul><li>Raise and coordinate system and application access requests based on approved onboarding requirements.</li><li>Track access request workflows and ensure approvals are completed within required timelines.</li><li>Coordinate with Infrastructure, Information Security, IAM, IT Service Desk, and application owners to provision required access.</li><li>Follow up on pending access requests and escalate delays where required.</li><li>Ensure contractors receive the appropriate access based on their role and approved requirements.</li><li>Support access changes, additions, and removals during the contractor lifecycle.</li><li>Ensure access provisioning follows bank security policies and least-privilege principles.</li></ul><p>ID, Badge & Physical Access</p><ul><li>Coordinate the issuance of employee IDs, contractor IDs, badges, and physical access .</li><li>Liaise with relevant security and facilities teams to ensure access is available before the joining date.</li><li>Track badge and physical access requests through completion.</li><li>Ensure contractors have the required physical and logical access to perform their responsibilities from Day 1.</li></ul><p>Stakeholder Coordination</p><ul><li>Act as the central coordination point between: Hiring Managers Project Managers Contractors and Vendors HR / People Operations IT Infrastructure IAM / Information Security Application Owners Facilities and Physical Security Procurement / Vendor Management</li><li>Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the onboarding process.</li><li>Provide regular status updates on onboarding progress.</li><li>Escalate blockers and overdue activities proactively.</li></ul><p>Tracking & Reporting</p><ul><li>Maintain centralized onboarding trackers covering contractor status, documentation, approvals, access requests, IDs, badges, and joining dates.</li><li>Monitor onboarding SLAs and identify potential delays before they impact the contractor's start date.</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly Ensure all systems adhere to OT security standards while maintaining high reliability across factory production and manufacturing operations.</li><li>Perform IT systems administration within a heterogeneous Microsoft Windows and Linux environment, leveraging your knowledge of Windows Server internals or Linux fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and server replication technologies.</li><li>Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure components with a strong focus on optimizing performance, security, and connectivity.
