<p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY</strong> The Security Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of guests, employees, visitors, contractors, and hotel property. Under the supervision of the Director of Security, the Security Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily security operations, maintaining constant vigilance in assigned areas, controlling access to the property, preventing unauthorized entry or removal of persons and materials, responding to incidents and emergencies, and ensuring that all hotel security policies, procedures, and operational standards are consistently followed. The Security Supervisor is expected to demonstrate strong leadership, sound judgment, professionalism, integrity, and a proactive approach to security and risk prevention while maintaining a high standard of guest service.</p><p><strong>MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p><strong>Security Operations</strong></p><ul><li>Keep the Assistant Security Manager / Director of Security informed of all security-related matters.</li><li>Coordinate with the Director of Engineering on matters relating to fire, safety, and security responsibilities, as applicable.</li><li>Liaise with hotel management and employees to assist with security issues, loss prevention, and control.</li><li>Liaise with local law enforcement, fire and safety authorities, and other relevant authorities when required.</li><li>Maintain proper grooming and professional appearance at all times.</li><li>Attend all required training sessions as scheduled.</li><li>Demonstrate full cooperation, respect, and professionalism within the Security Department and with other hotel departments.</li><li>Maintain knowledge of the hotel's daily activities, facilities, services, and operations.</li><li>Supervise the daily activities of the Security team and ensure all assigned security posts are properly staffed.</li><li>Conduct frequent inspections and supervision of all security posts, including the CCTV room.</li><li>Ensure all security personnel follow established access-control and security procedures.</li><li>Ensure appropriate control of employee access and proximity-card procedures at designated staff entrances.</li><li>Strictly control the movement of contractors, visitors, suppliers, and other authorized persons in and out of back-of-house areas.</li><li>Ensure visitor passes are properly issued, recorded, and controlled.</li><li>Monitor and control the movement of materials, equipment, and other items entering or leaving the hotel.</li><li>Continuously evaluate potential security threats and take appropriate preventive measures.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of all security records, reports, investigations, and sensitive hotel information.</li></ul><p><strong>Security Reporting & Documentation</strong></p><ul><li>Supervise the preparation and distribution of security reports to hotel management.</li><li>Ensure all security incidents and relevant activities are properly documented.</li><li>Review the Duty Manager/Night Manager logbook daily and take appropriate corrective action regarding security-related matters.</li><li>Review the Security Department logbook daily and take appropriate action when required.</li><li>Keep the Security Manager informed of significant incidents, risks, and corrective actions.</li><li>Maintain accurate and confidential records relating to security operations.</li><li>Ensure all security documentation is maintained in accordance with company standards and procedures.</li></ul><p><strong>Emergency & Crisis Management</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure that all Security employees are thoroughly familiar with the hotel's emergency procedures.</li><li>Ensure the Security team remains fully prepared</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or university degree in any field.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in a Security Supervisor or similar supervisory security role.</li><li>Hotel or resort security experience is required.</li><li>Previous experience in a 5-star/luxury hotel environment is strongly preferred.</li><li>Experience in the UAE or GCC hospitality sector is an advantage.</li><li>Strong knowledge of hotel security procedures, emergency response, access control, incident reporting, and loss prevention.</li><li>Good working knowledge of fire and life-safety procedures .</li><li>Good computer skills, including the ability to prepare reports and maintain security records.</li><li>Strong spoken and written communication skills in English.</li></ul>
<p><strong>Shift Supervision & Post Control</strong></p><ul><li>Lead assigned Security colleagues during the shift, ensuring correct deployment, punctuality, grooming, equipment readiness, and clear pre- and post-shift briefings.</li><li>Supervise daily Security operations across assigned posts, including Control Room, lobby, loading bay, back-of-house, colleague entrance, visitor access, VIP parking, guest floors, outdoor areas, and patrol zones.</li><li>Ensure essential company-issued equipment such as radio / communication device, torchlight, pocket mask, keys, passes, and first-aid items are available, controlled, and used properly.</li><li>Conduct regular checks on Security colleagues and posts to confirm vigilance, adherence to standards, and effective handover.</li></ul><p><strong>Access, Patrols & Guest Safety</strong></p><ul><li>Manage access points to ensure all colleagues, casual labour, vendors, contractors, suppliers, visitors, and vehicles enter through authorized channels.</li><li>Maintain vigilance at pass counters and support the Visitor Management System, contractor controls, vehicle checks, and delivery access procedures.</li><li>Perform roving safety and security patrols within and around the resort, including guest areas, heart-of-house, accommodation / service areas where applicable, and external resort surroundings.</li><li>Identify fire hazards, unsafe acts, suspicious behaviour, breaches of procedure, or maintenance risks and take immediate corrective or escalation action.</li></ul><p><strong>Control Room, CCTV & Systems</strong></p><ul><li>Be in charge of the Hotel Security Control Room during the shift and ensure all official documents are handled accurately according to SOP.</li><li>Monitor CCTV coverage, alarms, access control, duress systems, fire-life-safety alerts, and security equipment, highlighting faults or unusual observations immediately.</li><li>Support preliminary CCTV review for investigation and training purposes in accordance with privacy and evidence-handling standards.</li><li>Coordinate with Engineering, IT, or relevant departments to report system faults, door lock issues, safe box concerns, and security equipment defects.</li></ul><p><strong>Emergency Response & Incident Reporting</strong></p><ul><li>Respond to security, medical, fire, duress, lost child, crowd control, guest concern, suspicious activity, and other emergencies as quickly as possible.</li><li>Perform First Aid / CPR / AED where trained and required, and coordinate with internal and external emergency responders.</li><li>Gather facts, document incidents, prepare end-of-shift reports, complete accident / incident forms, and maintain accurate logbook entries.</li><li>Handle lost and found reports, key and pass inventory, safe box issues, door lock concerns, lift control, VIP movement support, crowd control, and ushering duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Team Support & Compliance</strong></p><ul><li>Coach Security Officers and CCTV colleagues on post standards, report writing, guest interaction, emergency procedures, and professional conduct.</li><li>Ensure all activities comply with hotel policies, security protocols, confidentiality standards, Saudi regulations, and brand expectations.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma required; diploma or certificate in Security, Hospitality, Safety, or Emergency Management preferred.</li><li>Minimum 2-3 years in hotel security operations, including at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity; luxury resort or pre-opening experience preferred.</li><li>Good English required; Arabic preferred.</li><li>CCTV monitoring, access control, visitor management, key control, incident reports, logbooks, fire-life-safety systems, Microsoft Office, and radio communication.</li><li>Security license or certification as required locally; first aid / CPR / AED and basic fire safety training preferred.</li><li>Observant, disciplined, composed, firm yet polite, service-minded, confidential, physically fit for patrols, and able to work rotating shifts.</li></ul>
<p>Responsible for the decontamination, preparation, sterilization, and distribution of surgical instruments and medical equipment by Fakeeh Care policy and procedures/standards. The role ensures that all equipment is properly sterilized and available in patient care and surgical procedures.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities and Duties:</strong></p><p>1. Decontamination: Receives, sorts, and inspects used surgical instruments and medical equipment for decontamination. Manually cleans instruments using appropriate detergents and disinfectants. Operates and maintains decontamination equipment such as ultrasonic cleaners, washers, and disinfectors.</p><p>2. Preparation and Packaging: Assembles surgical instrument sets and medical equipment according to established protocols. Packages instruments and supplies in preparation for sterilization, ensuring proper wrapping, labeling, and documentation. Inspects instruments for damage or wear and report any issues to the line manager.</p><p>3. Sterilization: Operates sterilizers (e.g., autoclaves) according to manufacturer guidelines and Fakeeh Care policies. Monitors and documents sterilization cycles, including time, temperature, and pressure parameters. Performs routine biological, chemical, and mechanical monitoring tests to ensure effective sterilization.</p><p>4. Storage and Distribution: Stores sterilized instruments and supplies in designated storage areas, ensuring proper rotation and inventory control. Distributes sterilized instruments and equipment to operating rooms, clinics, and other departments as required. Maintains accurate records of sterilization processes and inventory levels.</p><p>5. Quality Control and Safety: Adheres to all infection control and safety protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a safe working environment. Participates in regular equipment maintenance, calibration and performance checks, and quality improvement initiatives. Report any equipment malfunctions/ incidents or safety concerns to the supervisor.</p><p>6. Compliance and Documentation: Ensures compliance with all regulatory standards, including Joint Commission, OSHA, and facility-specific policies. Maintains accurate records of sterilization processes, inventory management, and quality control measures.</p><p>7. Professional Development: Stay updated on advancements in sterilization techniques and technologies through ongoing education and training. Participates in departmental meetings and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives. Attends all mandatory training as scheduled. <span>Position Summary </span><p>The Senior Financial Analyst – Treasury & Collection is responsible for independently performing and taking ownership of assigned Treasury and Collection activities, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution in accordance with university’s policies, procedures, and internal controls. The role handles a broad range of Treasury and Collection activities, including payment processing, banking transactions, bank reconciliations, cash application, customer account management, collection follow-ups, receivables analysis, and resolution of operational issues and discrepancies.<br></p><br>
<p><br>The position plays a key role in supporting the University's cash flow and collection objectives by managing assigned activities and customer accounts, resolving more complex operational matters, preparing financial and performance analysis, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The Senior Financial Analyst also provides technical guidance and knowledge sharing to Financial Analysts and supports the Manager in monitoring performance, resolving issues, and implementing process improvements, automation, and system enhancements across Treasury and Collection operations.</p><br>
Major Responsibilities <ul>
