The Site Engineer safely participates in the accomplishment of project objectives through planning and scheduling, resource allocation and management, cost control, technical direction, compliance with quality standards and procedures.<br><br>Assist in project planning, including site layout, scheduling, and resource allocation, to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects. Supervise activities on-site, including monitoring progress, quality control, and adherence to safety regulations and building codes. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise. Manage the procurement, delivery, and storage of materials and equipment, ensuring adequate supply and timely delivery to support project requirements. Implement quality control measures to ensure that work meets project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements. Provide technical support and guidance to workers and subcontractors, addressing any technical challenges or queries related to operational activities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of operational activities, including progress reports, site records, and as-built drawings, to track project milestones and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Enforce safety protocols and regulations on-site, conducting regular safety inspections, and implementing corrective actions to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment. Monitor project costs and expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing cost-effective solutions to stay within budget constraints. Communicate regularly with clients and project stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process. Job Summary We are seeking motivated Fresh Graduate Industrial / Electrical Engineers to join our team as full-time employees through a structured Graduate Engineer Development Program at our new manufacturing facility. The program is designed to develop fresh graduates through rotations across Contract Engineering, PSM Quality, PDC, and MC, providing hands-on exposure to factory operations, quality, production planning, process improvement, and manufacturing activities. Key Responsibilities Participate in rotations across Contract Engineering, PSM Quality, PDC, and MC. Support daily factory operations, production planning, and process activities. Assist with quality control, inspections, documentation, and continuous improvement. Support production data analysis, performance monitoring, and process improvement initiatives. Assist with reports, procedures, work instructions, and other departmental documentation. Support root cause analysis and problem-solving activities. Collaborate with different factory departments to achieve operational objectives. Follow company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements. Provide regular updates to supervisors and mentors. Perform other assigned duties during the development program. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Electrical Engineering. Fresh graduates with no prior professional experience. Basic knowledge of manufacturing, production planning, quality, and process improvement. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Good communication and teamwork skills. Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn.
