<br><p><span>We are seeking a Project Support Engineer to join the Saudi Aramco Loss Prevention organization (LP), which is the corporate safety organization within Saudi Aramco. </span></p><br><br>

<p><span>LP is responsible for providing both day-to-day in-field occupational and process safety support to Saudi Aramco operations, as well as centralized technical support and consulting function. Our field offices are located in Abqaiq, Riyadh, Ras Tanura, Dhahran, Udhailiyah, Jeddah (including Yanbu and Jazan), and Tanajib. Through these offices, LP provides its services to all Saudi Aramco facilities and departments that are located throughout the Kingdom.</span></p><br><br>

<p><span>Your primary role is to work with key stakeholder organizations to provide technical guidance on facility design requirements pertaining to fire prevention and process safety engineering areas, including but not limited to firewater systems, fireproofing, emergency shutdown systems, drainage systems, tank designs, electrical classifications, pipeline design factors, equipment access and layout, spacing, and risk areas.</span></p><br><br><b>Key Responsibilities</b>
<br><p><span>As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following: </span></p><br><br>

<li><span>Provide technical guidance and develop procedures for all Company organizations on fire prevention and safety in facilities design and related operational requirements.</span></li>
<li><span>Review new projects to ensure conformance to Engineering Standards, representing LP at project proposal meetings, followed by continuing guidance through design, construction, and commissioning.</span></li>
<li><span>Provide companywide technical guidance and assistance during technical fire/safety in design-related surveys of Saudi Aramco facilities for adequacy of design, operations, and maintenance.</span></li>
<li><span>Initiate and participate in studies to resolve problems outside currently available technology.</span></li>
<li><span>Participate on task forces and study groups assigned to resolve specific problems.</span></li>
<li><span>Use hazard analysis techniques to identify corporate risk exposure and develop cost-effective countermeasures.</span></li>
<li><span>Assist in surveys of Saudi Aramco operations by insurance, government, and other outside agencies, as the Company's expert on fire prevention and B Series Standard requirements.</span></li>
<li><span>Mentor other LP personnel.</span></li>
</ul><br><b>Minimum Requirements</b>
<br><ul>
<li><span>As the successful candidate, you will hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology</span></li>
<li><span>You will have 10+ years of relevant industry experience, 5 of which focused o addressing technical safety and fire prevention engineering issues, plus comprehensive knowledge of the hydrocarbon industry design and operational standards and practices.</span></li>
<li><span>A Professional Engineering certification in Fire Protection or an advanced degree is highly desirable but not required.</span></li>
<li><span>You will have an excellent ability to communicate in English with peers as well as members of management, and be able to produce clear and concise reports in English.</span></li>

<p><span>Jafurah Gas Plant Department is responsible for Processing Feed gas and producing Sales Gas, Condensate, and C2+NGL.</span></p><br><br>
<p><span>Your primary role is to Handle static and piping activities such as studies and design modification in the operating facilities.</span></p><br><br><b>Key Responsibilities</b>

<li><span>Perform management of change (MOC)</span></li>
<li><span>Verify system operations and performance after implementing the recommendation.</span></li>
<li><span>Provide day to day technical support to operation and maintenance teams, to troubleshoot and fix piping and static equipment.</span></li>
<li><span>Handle static and piping activities such as studies and design modification in the operating facilities.</span></li>
<li><span>Review project proposals and detailed design packages for new and/or existing facilities.</span></li>
<li><span>Develop static and piping engineering design packages for any modifications at site ensuring full compliance with the Company applicable standards.</span></li>
<li><span>Perform and review stress analysis for piping</span></li>

<li><span>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized and approved program with Static equipment specialty.</span></li>
<li><span>You will have 10-15 years of experience in Static Mechanical Engineering.</span></li>

<li><span> Experience or certification in CAESAR II software (a mechanical stationary piping simulation software) is a non-negotiable requirement.</span></li>
<li><span>Able to demonstrate a detailed knowledge of industry standards and procedures, such as American Petroleum Institute (API) and American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) codes, required to support the review of company standards, projects reviews and implementation of plant modifications to process systems.</span></li>
<li><span>Direct, coordinate, advise, and technically support to sustain asset integrity and reliability of wide range of piping and static equipment.</span></li>

<li><span>Participate in safety studies/activities using risk assessment and mitigation methodologies, such as: PHAs, HAZOPs, JSAs, incident investigations, compliance reviews, or insurance surveys.</span></li>
<li><span>Respond to emergency situations and incidents, either during or after regular working hours, to provide technical assistance and advice.</span></li>
<li><span>Participate in worksite contractor safety management activities (e.g., contractor selection and prequalification, monitoring of work site compliance, and measurement of performance).</span></li>
<li><span>Support the reporting, classification and investigation all incidents, and participating in incident investigations, determination of root causes, and proper recommendations to prevent recurrence.</span></li>

<p> <span>BAE Systems is the UK Government s nominated Prime Contractor under the Government-to-Government arrangements that are in place to provide equipment, support and training to Saudi Arabia. We provide maintenance of Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) aircraft and train RSAF and Royal Saudi Naval Force personnel safely in a training environment in how to use their aircraft, equipment and weapons. </span> </p>

<p> <span>The Maintenance Operation Control Supervisor works in a highly challenging yet equally rewarding environment, playing a key role in generating aircraft for the RSAF customer. The role is therefore extremely high profile and involves interfacing with other departments and the RSAF on a daily basis. Work involves a balance between the coordination of multiple trades to rectify both routine and complex engineering issues and the responsibility for accurate recording and reporting of aircraft issues which are then communicated to both the RSAF and BAE Systems Management.</span> </p>

<p> <span> <strong>JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES</strong> </span> </p>
<p> Responsible for coordinating multiple trades of maintenance personnel in order to rectify aircraft issues in the quickest possible time.</p>
<p> Constant communication with the RSAF Maintenance Operation Control Centre; gathering the latest information on the state of the RSAF Tornado fleet.</p>
<p> Determine the validity of RSAF Line Technical Support requests in accordance with the SFA Statement of Work and local Concept of Operations.</p>
<p> Produce daily reports on the RSAF Tornado fleet with regards to maintenance classification e.g. (Non-Mission Critical Supply, Non-Mission Critical Maintenance, Fully Mission Capable & Non-Possessed)</p>
<p> Planning shift patterns to ensure manpower is both utilised effectively and is adequately staffed to ensure the Maintenance Operation Control Centre can provide a service 24 hours per working day.</p>
<p> Attend daily morning meetings, briefing members of the RSAF and gathering information on unserviceable aircraft.</p>
<p> Coordinate on behalf of the Tornado Maintenance Servicing Centre; the preparation / collection / delivery of servicing aircraft, the provision of aircraft refuelling / defueling and emergency services cover for engine ground runs.</p>

<p> A recognised qualification to NVQ3/ONC/OND/BTEC level in a relevant technical discipline, or a technical apprenticeship, or suitable equivalent technical qualification acceptable to M&CA,</p>

<p> Part 66 licensed (current or lapsed), or suitable equivalent technical license acceptable to M&CA.</p>
<p> Saudi Engineering Council (SEC) Registration.</p>
<p> Extensive aircraft maintenance experience supported by formal recorded</p>
<p>workplace applied related training OR some experience on same aircraft type.</p>
<p> Leadership skills and proven ability to supervise all levels of engineering personnel.</p>
<p> A working knowledge of Part M, Part 145 and the relationships between partner organisations.</p>
