Ensure compliance with MHRSD regulations, Qiwa, GOSI, and other statutory requirements. Provide guidance to managers and employees on labor law, employee relations, and HR compliance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, PHRi, or equivalent) is preferred. Minimum 4–6 years of progressive HR Generalist experience. At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role. Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR regulations.
