We are seeking a proactive and strategic Senior Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Administer and optimize end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, compensation, and benefits.
- Partner with department heads to understand workforce needs, develop workforce plans, and manage talent pipelines in line with business objectives.
- Lead talent acquisition activities: job postings, screening, interviewing, offer negotiations, and new-hire orientations while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, provide guidance to managers on objective setting, feedback delivery, and talent development plans.
- Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance measures in accordance with Saudi labor law and organizational practices; monitor regulatory changes and update policies as needed.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, conduct market analyses, and support salary structuring within budgetary constraints.
- Oversee employee relations matters, conduct investigations when necessary, and promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Develop and deliver training programs on topics such as onboarding, leadership development, performance management, and HR compliance.
- Maintain accurate HR information systems (HRIS) data, generate metrics, and prepare reports for management to inform decision-making.
- Ensure health, safety, and well-being initiatives align with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and reporting.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience, with exposure to multiple HR disciplines.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and regulatory requirements related to HR and employment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in HR analytics, reporting, and HRIS systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SPHR) is advantageous.
