<p>We are seeking a results-driven Technical Sales Engineer – <strong>Painting Equipment</strong> to join our Painting Equipment Division.</p><p>The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and providing technical support for industrial coating and painting equipment solutions.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p><br></p><p>• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and targets consistently.</p><p>• Drive sales, marketing, and servicing efforts for company products and services within assigned accounts, projects, or business areas.</p><p>• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the market presence of company products and services while achieving sales targets in alignment with organisational objectives.</p><p>• Develop strategies to achieve sales targets in alignment with organisational objectives.</p><p>• Embrace challenges to meet targets by creating innovative concepts and understanding the business environment.</p><p>• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government bodies, consultants, and contractors through proactive engagement and follow-ups.</p><p>• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by providing tailored solutions and expert guidance.</p><p>• Execute sales and marketing strategies in accordance with company policies and guidelines.</p><p>• Conduct market analysis to understand business environments, trends, and customer needs.</p><p>• Strengthen and promote the company’s image and business reputation among clients through consistent engagement, exceptional service, and tailored solutions.</p><p>• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and seminars to educate prospective customers about company products and services, including their features and benefits.</p><p>• Prepare detailed technical proposals, tenders, and quotations; generate inquiries, negotiate terms, and finalize orders with clients.</p><p>•Provide technical service, troubleshooting, and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.</p><p>• Register the company as a qualified vendor/supplier with major enterprises and government organizations where required.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.</p><p>• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic databases for all accounts and applications.</p><p>• Support receivables follow-up and help ensure timely collection of payments.</p><p>• Attend training sessions to continuously develop relevant knowledge and skills.</p><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in<strong> Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or related Engineering discipline.</strong></li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B technical sales.</li><li>Experience<strong> in industrial equipment, coating & painting systems, surface protection, Oil & Gas, EPC, or related industries.</strong></li><li><strong>Must be a Sales Hunter </strong>— direct customer acquisition, not support/coordination/admin only.</li><li>After-sales technical support experience is a strong plus.</li><li>Experience with technical proposals, quotations, and tender processes.</li><li>Valid Saudi driving license.</li><li>Professional English communication skills.</li><li><strong>Currently residing in Saudi Arabia.</strong></li><li>Transferable Iqama.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><p><br></p><p>• Experience with Wagner, Graco, Binks, Kremlin, or similar brands.</p><p>• Existing network within contractors, EPC companies, industrial manufacturers, or government organizations.</p><p>• Experience in after-sales support and technical services.</p><p>• Proven sales achievements with measurable revenue results.</p><p><br></p><p>Compensation & Benefits</p><p><br></p><p>•Competitive salary package</p><p>• Attractive commission scheme</p><p>• Housing allowance</p><p>• Company car (including fuel, maintenance, insurance)</p><p>• Class A medical insurance</p><p>• Career growth opportunities</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Note: CVs must reference at least one revenue figure, deal size, or sales achievement —CVs without any numbers will be de-prioritized</strong></p>
