Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and discussions with Business, Product Owners, IT, and other stakeholders. Analyze requirements and translate them into detailed Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and other functional documentation. Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs/FSDs), User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, Acceptance Criteria, and Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTMs) as applicable. Analyze production issues/incidents from a functional perspective and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution. Identify dependencies, assumptions, risks, gaps, and open points and proactively drive them to closure. Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily discussions, demos, and retrospectives.
