Provide technical support to employees by assisting with hardware, software, and IT-related issues. The intern will support daily IT operations while gaining practical experience through the Tamheer Program. Key Responsibilities Provide first-level IT support to users. Assist with hardware and software installation and configuration. Support user account setup and access requests. Maintain IT inventory and equipment records. Assist with system updates and routine maintenance. Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications Saudi Nationality. Eligible for the Tamheer Program through HRDF. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Skills Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking. Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office. Good problem-solving and communication skills. Willingness to learn and work in a team.
