In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and improving quality assurance and quality control processes across the entire manufacturing lifecycle of high-speed turbo compressors. Prepare quality documentation, including Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Control Plans, Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), and client-facing quality compliance packages.<br>Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline. Minimum of 3–5 years of quality engineering experience in heavy machinery, rotating equipment, or precision manufacturing industries.
