<p><strong>1. Role Purpose:</strong> Extract, structure, and validate Bills of Materials (BOM) for equipment and assets, identify Consumable and Rebuildable spare parts, match spare items against the Material Master , and prepare high-quality engineering data for review, approval, and upload into Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems. The BOM Engineer is responsible for BOM extraction, preparation, and structuring, while the BOM QC Engineer is responsible for quality verification, validation, and compliance before submission.</p><p><strong>2. Key Responsibilities BOM Engineer:</strong> Read and interpret technical documents including OEM Manuals, Spare Parts Catalogues, Parts Lists, Bill of Materials (BOM), Cross-Section Drawings, General Arrangement (GA) Drawings, Assembly Drawings, and Engineering Documentation. Extract complete Bills of Materials (BOM) for equipment based on manufacturer documentation. Identify and document components with accurate descriptions, quantities, hierarchy, and technical attributes. Search and match spare parts with existing Material Master records and identify items requiring new material creation. Classify spare parts as Consumable or Rebuildable according to project standards. Prepare structured BOMs using standard templates while maintaining consistency across equipment types. Prepare lists of new materials for Material Master creation where existing records are unavailable. Incorporate review comments and revise BOMs based on Quality Control feedback. Support document indexing and equipment-document linkage activities when required. Ensure compliance with engineering documentation standards and material coding guidelines.</p><p><strong>3. Key Responsibilities BOM QC Engineer:</strong> Perform detailed quality checks on prepared Bills of Materials before submission. Verify BOM completeness against OEM manuals, spare parts lists, drawings, and engineering documents. Validate Material Master matching accuracy and ensure correct material identification. Verify Consumable and Rebuildable spare classification according to project standards. Review BOM templates to ensure mandatory fields, naming conventions, and engineering standards are followed. Identify data inconsistencies and coordinate corrective actions with BOM Engineers. Track quality observations, rejection reasons, and corrective actions. Prepare QC reports and support internal quality reviews. Ensure data quality, consistency, and completeness before final approval.</p><p><strong>4. Required Skills & Knowledge (Both Roles):</strong> Strong ability to read and interpret engineering and maintenance documentation including: Bills of Materials (BOM) Spare Parts Lists OEM Manuals Parts Catalogues Assembly Drawings Cross-Section Drawings General Arrangement (GA) Drawings Equipment Drawings Hands-on experience extracting BOMs and spare parts information from engineering documents. Experience matching engineering materials with Material Master or Item Master records. Good understanding of Material Master Data and engineering material identification. Working knowledge of: Material Coding Material Classification Equipment Hierarchy Parent-Child Relationships Unit of Measure (UOM) Quantity Structure BOM Templates Understanding of equipment assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, and spare parts. Familiarity with Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Rotating Equipment spare parts. Strong attention to detail with excellent data quality and validation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Data Validation, and data cleansing techniques. Good written and verbal communication skills in English.</p><p><strong>5. Preferred Skills:</strong> Experience in Asset Management, Material Master Data Management, Spare Parts Cataloguing, or Engineering Master Data projects. Experience working with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems such as: Oracle eAM SAP PM SAP EAM IBM Maximo IBM MAS Hexagon EAM Knowledge of Rebuildable and Capital Spare management concepts. Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Water Utilities, Power, Mining, Manufacturing, or Heavy Industrial projects. Knowledge of Material Cataloguing standards including Noun & Modifier methodology and UNSPSC classification is an added advantage.</p><p><strong>6. Experience & Qualifications:</strong></p><p><strong>BOM Engineer</strong> 3-7 years of experience in Maintenance, Reliability, Spare Parts Management, Material Master Data, Engineering Documentation, Material Cataloguing, or Asset Management. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Industrial, or related Engineering disciplines.</p><p><strong>BOM QC Engineer</strong> 4-8 years of experience in BOM Quality Control, Material Master Validation, Engineering Data Quality, or Spare Parts Cataloguing. Proven experience in BOM validation, quality assurance, and engineering documentation review. Dairy Industrial Development Manager<br>Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Full-Time<br>We are seeking an experienced Dairy Industrial Development Manager to identify, evaluate, and develop local dairy manufacturing and co-packing partnerships across Saudi Arabia. The role combines dairy manufacturing expertise, factory assessment, commercial evaluation, and business development, with a strong focus on building local processing capabilities for cheese, cream, and formulated dairy products.<br>Key Responsibilities• Identify Saudi dairy factories capable of toll-processing Cagliata into finished mozzarella.• Identify manufacturers and co-packers capable of cutting, slicing, shredding, grating, packing, and private-labeling Gouda, Edam, and Cheddar cheese.• Identify facilities capable of repacking bulk and frozen cream.• Assess whether existing Saudi manufacturers can produce formulated pizza toppings using dairy ingredients and vegetable fats.• Conduct on-site factory visits across Saudi Arabia to evaluate production equipment, technical capabilities, available capacity, quality systems, SFDA compliance, and cold-chain infrastructure.• Obtain and analyze actual processing costs per kilogram, minimum order quantities (MOQs), available production capacity, lead times, and potential investment requirements.• Negotiate and coordinate trial production with selected manufacturing partners using supplied dairy materials.• Evaluate potential manufacturing partners from technical, operational, quality, and commercial perspectives.• Work closely with Bin Dawood commercial teams to establish expected volumes, target selling prices, and overall commercial feasibility.• Develop recommendations and business cases for potential local manufacturing and co-packing partnerships.<br>Requirements• Relevant experience in dairy manufacturing, cheese processing, food manufacturing, industrial development, or a related field.• Strong technical understanding of dairy and cheese manufacturing processes.• Knowledge of the Saudi dairy manufacturing landscape and local food production facilities is highly preferred.• Experience evaluating factories, production lines, manufacturing capacity, and quality systems.• Understanding of SFDA requirements, food safety standards, and cold-chain operations.• Experience in costing, contract/toll manufacturing, supplier evaluation, and commercial negotiations.• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.• Willingness and ability to travel and conduct factory visits across Saudi Arabia.<br>Preferred Background Candidates with experience in dairy companies, cheese manufacturers, food-processing companies, or dairy ingredients businesses within Saudi Arabia or the GCC will be strongly preferred.
