<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <p>General Description of Role and Responsibilities:</p><p>• Support managing the entire contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, implementation, and</p><p>compliance.</p><p>• Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and propose appropriate</p><p>solutions.</p><p>• Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and project management, to ensure contract terms</p><p>are aligned with company policies and objectives.</p><p>• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth</p><p>contract execution.</p><p>• Monitor and track contract deliverables, milestones, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.</p><p>• Identify and resolve any contract-related issues or disputes in a timely and efficient manner.</p><p>• Conduct regular contract audits to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.</p><p>• Prepare and present reports on contract performance and provide recommendations for improvement.</p><p>• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in contract management to continuously improve</p><p>processes and systems.</p><p>• Informs themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals</p><p>and Procedures in place within Hill International, and ensures continued compliance with these requirements</p><p>while employed by Hill.</p><p>• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.</p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2> <div data-jb-field="skills"><p>Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:</p><p>• Bachelor in engineering from an accredited university.</p><p>• Minimum 15 years’ experience in contracts management including overall responsibility for contract</p><p>management on large-scale projects.</p><p>• Experience with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia procurement law .</p><p>• Demonstrated experience in pricing, contract law, contract drafting, administration and negotiation of change</p><p>orders, effective correspondence, planning and scheduling.</p><p>• Thorough knowledge of prime contracts management administration as well as (sub) contract formation and</p><p>administration, execution office and field procedures and documents relating to a multi-discipline</p><p>construction project.</p><p>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.</p></div>
