Job Summary Saudi Conduit Coating & Contracting Co. (S3C) is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to support and grow its PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) solutions business line. This role combines strong technical expertise with commercial acumen to identify opportunities, engage clients, and deliver tailored PTFE solutions across key industrial sectors in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in PTFE applications and a proven track record in technical sales within oil & gas, petrochemicals, or industrial sectors. Key Responsibilities Technical Sales & Business Development Promote and sell PTFE lining and coating solutions to clients across oil & gas, petrochemical, water, and industrial sectors Identify new business opportunities and expand S3C’s presence in the PTFE market Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders Technical Expertise & Support Understand and present PTFE product specifications, capabilities, applications, and limitations Review client requirements, technical drawings, and project specifications Provide technical consultation and propose fit-for-purpose solutions Support clients during project execution, including site visits and technical discussions Client Engagement Conduct regular client visits, including site inspections and technical meetings Build and maintain an active network within major entities such as Saudi Aramco, SABIC, EPC contractors, and industrial operators Represent S3C in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations Sales Performance Prepare technical and commercial proposals Lead negotiations and close deals Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline reporting Market Intelligence Monitor market trends and competitor activities, including companies such as ARCONI S. A, Crane Chem Pharma & Energy, Midad Lining & Sealing Co., and Innovative Development Est. Provide feedback to management on market needs and product development opportunities Qualifications & Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field Experience5+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in PTFE, coatings, or industrial materials Experience working with Aramco, SABIC, petrochemical plants, refineries, or water utilities is highly preferred Technical Skills Strong understanding of PTFE manufacturing, installation, and testing processes Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications Knowledge of corrosion protection, lining systems, or industrial coatings is a plus Sales & Soft Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities Proven sales track record in industrial or energy sectors Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships Key Competencies Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills Self-driven and results-oriented Ability to balance technical detail with commercial objectives Strong field presence and willingness to travel for site visits
