Mechanical Maintenance and Repair Activities Perform planned preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities on assigned mechanical equipment Carry out daily inspections, running checks, and maintenance checklists in accordance with approved maintenance schedules Monitor the physical condition of equipment and report abnormalities, non-conformances, and developing defects to the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Troubleshoot mechanical failures using approved tools, drawings, manuals, and diagnostic techniques to identify the cause and carry out necessary repairs Perform dismantling, inspection, cleaning, repair, replacement, reassembly, alignment, and functional testing of mechanical equipment and components Replace defective parts such as bearings, seals, gaskets, O-rings, gland packing, couplings, bolts, filters, strainers, belts, and lubrication-system components Perform adjustment, alignment, tightening, lubrication, greasing, oil top-up, oil <li >مراجعة المخططات والرسومات والمواصفات الفنية المتعلقة بالأعمال الميكانيكية وأنظمة MEP في مشاريع المحطات الفرعية.</li>
<li >متابعة تنفيذ أعمال أنظمة التكييف والتهوية (HVAC) وأنظمة مكافحة الحريق والحماية من الحريق.</li>
<li >إجراء الفحوصات والمعاينات الميدانية للأعمال الميكانيكية لضمان الجودة والمطابقة.</li>
<li >المساعدة في إعداد ومتابعة خطط الفحص والاختبار (ITP) وتقارير الفحص وتوثيق نتائج الأعمال.</li>
<li >متابعة اختبارات وفحوصات الأنظمة والمعدات الميكانيكية والتأكد من مطابقتها للمواصفات الفنية.</li>
<li >المساعدة في تحديد ومتابعة حالات عدم المطابقة (NCR) واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية اللازمة.</li>
<li >التنسيق الفعال مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين والفرق الفنية المختلفة في موقع المشروع.</li>
<li >ضمان الالتزام التام بالمخططات والمواصفات ومعايير الجودة المحددة للمشروع.</li>
<li >الالتزام بجميع إجراءات ومتطلبات السلامة والصحة المهنية في موقع المشروع.</li>
<li >متابعة الأعمال الميكانيكية والتنسيق مع الأعمال الكهربائية والمدنية لضمان سير المشروع بشكل متكامل.</li>
<li >المساعدة في مراجعة رسومات التنفيذ (Shop Drawings) ووثائق تقديم المواد (Material Submittals) والوثائق الفنية ذات الصلة.</li>

Ensure full compliance with AGH and client HSE standards, policies, and regulations. Organize and conduct HSE training tailored to the nature of on-site tasks. Enforce the implementation of HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment), JSP (Job Safety Plan), and LPP (Life Protection Plan) during job execution. Update and manage all HSE documentation and records in line with company and client standards. Conduct regular site inspections to verify ongoing HSE compliance. Report safety-related issues to site management and immediate supervisors through regular updates. Attend scheduled meetings with clients and management to discuss site safety matters. Stay current on relevant health, safety, and welfare legislation and communicate updates to project teams. Oversee safety inspections, fire drills, risk assessments, and lone working procedures; ensure all staff understand their safety responsibilities. Participate in monthly meetings to provide input on health and safety performance and concerns.<br><br>Requirements:Minimum 3 years of relevant HSE experience. NEBOSH IGC is a MUST. Experience in Overhead Transmission Line projects (OHTL) Saudi national.
