As the business grows, there will be an opportunity to build and lead the Saudi sales team, with progression into sales management based on performance and business needs.<br>What you will own Win new enterprise customers. Identify, engage, and develop opportunities with Saudi banks and large fintechs, using both your professional network and structured prospecting. Lead the complete sales cycle. Own opportunities from initial introductions and discovery through proposals, RFP responses, commercial negotiations, procurement, and contract closure. Build relationships across the buying organization. Engage senior stakeholders in risk, compliance, cybersecurity, technology, and executive leadership, while navigating procurement and other approval functions. Lead a consultative sales process. Understand each institution’s priorities and work with Ossus’s product and technical teams to deliver relevant demonstrations, proof-of-value engagements, and credible business cases. Shape our Saudi commercial approach. Strong working knowledge of SAMA frameworks and regulatory requirements, particularly the Cyber Security Framework and Information Technology Governance Framework. You can engage confidently with risk, compliance, and cybersecurity stakeholders in Saudi banks and fintechs, understand their regulatory and audit challenges, and explain how Ossus’s GRC capabilities can support their compliance objectives. The role includes commission and bonuses on successfully closed deals, rewarding the new business you bring to Ossus, alongside a path toward building and leading the Saudi sales team. We are looking for someone who wants to build the business, win the customers, and grow into leading the team.
