Capital Power are seeking an experienced and motivated After Sales Supervisor – Diesel Generators to join our team and oversee after-sales service operations, customer support, and maintenance activities for diesel generator products.<br>Position: After Sales Supervisor – Diesel Generators<br>Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years<br>*Location: Riyadh, KSA*<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Supervise after-sales service activities for diesel generators and related equipment.<br>Manage installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities.<br>Lead and coordinate service technicians to ensure timely and efficient customer support.<br>Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.<br>Prepare service schedules and monitor completion of service jobs.<br>Coordinate with spare parts and technical teams to ensure parts availability and timely support.<br>Investigate customer complaints and provide effective technical solutions.<br>Prepare service reports, warranty claims, and maintenance records.<br>Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and quality standards.<br>Provide technical guidance and training to service personnel when required.<br>*Requirements:*<br>Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Engineering discipline.<br>Minimum 5 years of experience in after-sales service and maintenance of diesel generators.<br>Strong knowledge of diesel engine systems, generators, control panels, and troubleshooting.<br>Experience with generator brands such as Cummins, Perkins, Caterpillar, or similar brands will be an advantage.<br>Good leadership, communication, and customer service skills.<br>Ability to manage multiple service activities and work under pressure.<br>*How to Apply:*<br>Interested candidates meeting the above criteria are encouraged to submit their CVs to this Email ID or Whats App with the subject line "After Sales Supervisor – Diesel Generators".<br>Apply via Whats App (+966 510028290) or email (fozia@capitalpower.sa)
