Master's Degree in Pavement Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering is an advantage. Minimum 10 years of experience in pavement engineering design, review, and construction supervision. Proven experience on major airport, airfield, transportation, or large-scale infrastructure projects. Extensive experience with airport pavement systems including runways, taxiways, aprons, aircraft stands, and associated infrastructure. Experience in pavement design evaluation, construction monitoring, testing, and commissioning. Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering teams, contractors, consultants, and airport stakeholders. Strong knowledge of airport pavement design principles and construction methodologies. Detailed understanding of flexible, rigid, and composite pavement systems. Knowledge of aircraft loading analysis, pavement classification systems, and pavement performance evaluation. Familiarity with pavement design software such as FAARFIELD, COMFAA, Pavement ME Design, or equivalent. Strong understanding of ICAO Annex 14, FAA AC 150/5320 series, ACI, ASTM, and international pavement standards. Experience with BIM coordination and digital engineering processes.
