This role will involve working closely with clients and stakeholders to design, develop, integrate, and optimize enterprise GIS solutions while providing technical leadership and supporting successful GIS implementation.<br><br><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li> Enterprise GIS Development</li><li>Develop and enhance enterprise GIS web applications, portals, dashboards, and executive applications. </li><li>Develop GIS solutions using ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript, ArcGIS Experience Builder, and ArcGIS Dashboards. </li><li>Develop GIS automation, scripts, and geoprocessing solutions using Python and ArcPy. </li><li> GIS Integration &amp; Architecture</li><li>Integrate GIS platforms with enterprise business systems using REST APIs, web services, databases, and integration technologies. </li><li>Design GIS solution, application, integration, and data-flow architectures. </li><li>Support integration between ArcGIS Enterprise and enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM. </li><li> ArcGIS Enterprise &amp; GIS Services</li><li>Configure, publish, secure, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise geospatial services. </li><li>Support and manage ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Portal, ArcGIS Server, and Enterprise Geodatabases. </li><li>Manage GIS users, roles, permissions, services, and configurations. </li><li>Support GIS environment performance, availability, security, backup/recovery, and disaster recovery requirements. </li><li> Technical Delivery &amp; Stakeholder Management</li><li>Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable GIS solutions. </li><li>Prepare technical requirements, specifications, solution designs, and technical documentation. </li><li>Conduct technical Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and provide technical recommendations. </li><li>Coordinate with IT Infrastructure, Applications, Data, Cybersecurity, and other technical teams. </li><li>Technically coordinate and manage GIS implementation vendors and teams. </li><li> Client-Facing Consulting &amp; Technical Support</li><li>Work closely with client stakeholders to understand requirements and provide appropriate GIS solutions. </li><li>Troubleshoot complex GIS application, integration, service, and infrastructure issues. </li><li>Provide technical guidance and support to GIS developers and project teams. </li><li>Ensure successful delivery of GIS solutions while maintaining high standards of quality, performance, and security. <br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Qualifications &amp;
