Conduct quality audits on preventive maintenance activities. Confirm that maintenance checklists are properly completed. Support client handover and satisfaction confirmation. Maintain the corrective action tracker until full closure. Identify recurring operational problems and recommend preventive action. Support the development of approved technician and subcontractor panels. Ensure technicians are properly presented and follow client-site standards.
