The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining document integrity, ensuring compliance, and facilitating effective communication across project stakeholders.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Manage and maintain all project documentation in accordance with the Project File Index and Document Control Procedures.</li><li>Control the receipt, distribution, tracking, filing, and archiving of incoming and outgoing project documents, ensuring proper record keeping and acknowledgements.</li><li>Maintain and update document registers and logs for WIRs, MIRs, RFIs, NCRs, SORs, Method Statements, Damage Reports, IFC Drawings, and other project documentation.</li><li>Coordinate document submissions, including WIRs, MIRs, Method Statements, Builder's Work Requests, and other technical documents for consultant review and approval.</li><li>Administer project documentation within the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), preferably Aconex, ensuring documents are accurately uploaded, distributed, and tracked.</li><li>Prepare project correspondence, reports, transmittals, and other documentation as requested by the Project Director or Project Manager.</li><li>Monitor overdue document actions and follow up with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely responses and document closure.</li><li>Maintain red-line mark-ups, as-built documentation, and project records to support engineering and construction activities.</li><li>Provide administrative support to the site office, including document control, employee records, office supplies, petty cash coordination, and general site administration.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company quality procedures, client requirements, and project document control standards.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in any discipline.</li><li>Formal training or certification in Document Control will be an advantage.</li><li>3 5 years of experience as a Document Controller within the construction industry, preferably on large-scale building or infrastructure projects.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), preferably Aconex.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.</li><li>Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining document accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.</li><li>Proactive team player with strong coordination, administrative, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Willingness to work on-site in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.</li><li>Experience working with consultants, subcontractors, and client document control procedures.</li><li>Familiarity with Saudi Aramco, NEOM, ROSHN, Red Sea Global, or other major KSA project documentation requirements (if relevant to your projects)</li></ul>
