Head of Hospitality (Vice President) About the Company A leading confidential semi-government organization in Saudi Arabia is seeking an accomplished hospitality executive to lead the development, growth, and operational excellence of its hospitality portfolio. The role will oversee hospitality investments, hotel developments, strategic partnerships, asset performance, and hospitality operations in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030. Position Summary The Head of Hospitality (Vice President) will be responsible for defining and executing the organization's hospitality strategy across hotels, resorts, serviced residences, and mixed-use developments. The role focuses on accurate, constructible BIM production for roads, grading, pavements, utilities, site works, and infrastructure interfaces, while maintaining project BIM standards, shared coordinates, model data, and submission readiness.<br>Scope note: this is a modeling and BIM production role. Engineering design decisions, calculations, and final technical approvals remain with the responsible discipline engineer unless formally assigned by the project.<br>Key Responsibilities :Develop and maintain Civil 3D BIM models for infrastructure works, including roads, corridors, surfaces, grading, pavements, earthworks, and utility networks. Prepare and check BIM exports such as DWG, IFC, NWC/NWD, DWFx/PDF sheets, and other formats required by the project information exchange process.<br>Systems and Modeling Coverage :Civil 3D - Primary Roads, alignments, profiles, corridors, assemblies, surfaces, grading, pavements, earthworks, road furniture, utility corridors, and site coordination models. Wet Utilities Stormwater, sewer, potable water, TSE, irrigation pressure networks, drip/tree irrigation interfaces, culverts, chambers, manholes, catch basins, outfalls, and related structures. Dry Utilities Electrical, ICT, ELV, street lighting, duct banks, trenches, pull boxes, handholes, cable route coordination, and utility crossings. Revit - Supporting Infrastructure structures, buildings/interface zones, pump rooms, equipment spaces, utility chambers, families, details, sheets, and coordination elements as required. Coordination / Output Clash review, shared coordinates, model federation, shop drawing support, quantity extraction, as-built update, and submission/export packages.<br>Qualifications :Diploma or Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Technology, BIM, or a related technical discipline. Autodesk Civil 3D and/or Revit certification is preferred. ISO 19650, ACC/BIM 360, Navisworks, or BIM coordination training is an advantage.<br>Experience Requirements :Minimum 5 years of hands-on BIM modeling experience, including at least 3 years using Civil 3D on infrastructure projects. Proven experience modeling roads, grading, utilities, and site works for construction-stage or as-built BIM delivery.
