Role Description This full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician role is based in Jeddah and is responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of equipment and systems across Arabian Dyar | الديار العربية facilities. The Maintenance Technician performs routine inspections, diagnoses issues, and completes repairs to minimize downtime and support safe operations. Daily activities include executing scheduled preventive maintenance, responding to maintenance requests, documenting work performed, and collaborating with operations and safety teams. The role also involves coordinating with external service providers when needed, maintaining tools and spare parts inventory, and following all health, safety, and environmental procedures.<br>Qualifications<br> Strong equipment maintenance skills, including routine servicing and monitoring of performance. Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical, electrical, or structural faults. Experience with preventive maintenance practices to reduce breakdowns and extend equipment life. Solid background in maintenance & repair across building systems or facility infrastructure. Knowledge of industrial maintenance standards and safe work practices.
