Prepare inputs and assumptions for pricing models (costs, market factors, comparables) in line with the approved pricing methodology (AQA-STR-PRC-001). Monitor daily and weekly market changes and alert the Pricing Supervisor of any material movement requiring price review. Prepare the draft of the monthly price review (classifying lands as candidates to raise, lower, or remain stable) and submit it to the Pricing Supervisor. Enter approved prices into the company's systems within the granted access privileges. Job Purpose The Regional Credit Controller is responsible for managing Accounts Receivable (AR), credit control activities, collections, customer account management, and financial compliance across the assigned region.
