You’ll play a key role in aligning operational efficiency with strategic digital sales goals.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Order & Inventory Management:Monitor and manage order processing from placement to delivery Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability Supervise return and exchange processes to ensure a smooth customer experience<br>Customer Experience Optimization: Oversee customer service operations and ensure timely resolution of inquiries and complaints Analyze customer feedback and implement enhancements to elevate the e-commerce journey<br>Logistics & Fulfillment Oversight:Coordinate with shipping providers to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries Monitor logistics KPIs and implement strategies for greater efficiency and accuracy<br>Operational Performance & Analysis:Analyze daily and weekly performance reports to identify gaps and improvement opportunities Drive process automation and cost-efficiency initiatives<br>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to support campaigns and promotional launches Collaborate with IT to resolve platform-related technical issues Coordinate with finance on billing and payment reconciliations<br>Compliance & Quality Control:Ensure all e-commerce operations adhere to company policies and local regulations Keep up with evolving e-commerce laws in Saudi Arabia and ensure ongoing compliance<br>Team Management & Development:Supervise team performance, assign tasks, and ensure operational consistency Train and motivate team members on best practices and new systems<br>Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field Proven experience managing e-commerce operations, preferably in the Saudi market Strong understanding of inventory systems, logistics processes, and order management Excellent analytical skills and operational problem-solving capabilities Familiarity with logistics providers and shipping coordination Fluent in Arabic; good command of English preferred Strong communication and team leadership skills Solid knowledge of local e-commerce laws and compliance requirements<br>Why Join Reef Holding?
