Conduct and update risk assessments in coordination with departments and branches, and monitor remediation plans and the effectiveness of controls. Engineering Mgr. are met.</span></li> <li><span>Ensure all installation work meets 16th Edition Standards of the Institute of Electrical Engineers to meet desired standard. </span></li> <li><span>Manage the development and training of his subordinates through internal or external courses to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to install all equipment and utility services required by the Farming Division.</span></li> <li><span>Ensure that all personnel involved in electrical installation are operating within the standards as outlined in the Almarai Health &amp; Safety Manual to provide a safe work environment for all employees.</span></li> <li><span>Liaise with the Div.
