This role will support the industrial engineering activities of pump set production, including production planning, scheduling, process monitoring, reporting, and continual improvement initiatives.<br>Key Responsibilities:Plan production processes, capacity, resources, and schedules. Review Bill of Materials and mechanical drawings released by Engineering. Prepare and update production schedules using planning tools such as Just Plan It. Provide production teams with the required documentation and schedules. Monitor production quality, quantity, safety, and efficiency. Coordinate with Engineering on BOM and drawing-related feedback. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports. Participate in audits and support corrective action implementation. Identify and contribute to continual improvement projects.<br>Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.0–1 year of experience in manufacturing, machine parts, welding, machining, or assembly. Strong analytical, systems, and process-thinking skills. Problem-solving mindset. Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
