Site Telecom Engineer Project: HV/EHV Substation Position: Site Telecom Engineer Job Summary The Site Telecom Engineer is responsible for the installation, testing, commissioning, integration, of telecommunication and communication systems associated with HV/EHV substation projects. Equipment, Irrigation &amp; Sustainability</p><p><br></p><p>• Oversee maintenance and safe operation of grounds-keeping equipment and machinery.</p><p><br></p><p>• Manage irrigation systems, water usage, fertilization, and turf treatments</p><p><br></p><p>• Promote sustainable and environmentally responsible grounds-keeping practices.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>6. Safety, Compliance &amp; Risk Management</p><p><br></p><p>• Ensure compliance with safety standards, football regulations, and Ministry of Sport</p><p>requirements.</p><p><br></p><p>• Identify and mitigate risks related to pitch conditions and grounds operations.</p><p><br></p><p>• Coordinate with Safety and Maintenance teams to address hazards.</p><p><br></p><p>7. Planning, Reporting &amp; Continuous Improvement</p><p><br></p><p>• Prepare maintenance plans, schedules, and reports on pitch conditions and readiness.</p><p><br></p><p>• Monitor performance and recommend improvements to grounds maintenance practices.</p><p><br></p><p>• Support budgeting and cost control for grounds-keeping activities.</p><p><br></p><p>Requirements</p><p>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</p><p><br></p><p>• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Turf Management, Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.</p><p><br></p><p>• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in grounds-keeping or pitch maintenance, preferably</p><p>within professional football or sports facilities.</p><p><br></p><p>• Strong knowledge of turf management, irrigation systems, and pitch maintenance techniques.</p><p><br></p><p>• Experience managing teams, contractors, and equipment.</p><p><br></p><p>• Familiarity with SPL and international football pitch standards is an advantage.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><br></p>
