Achieving the production targets by increasing the line efficiency and minimizing the process waste. <p><span> <strong>Summary:</strong></span></p><br> <p><span>Primary Slitter Operator shall be responsible to operate the main slitter machine to meet its production target with consistent quality as per customer’s need. Effectively takes full control of all main slitter machine activities according to standard operating procedures. </span></p><br>
<p><strong><span>In this role, you will be responsible for:</span></strong></p><br> <ul>
<li><span>Loading mill rolls to slitter, setup machine and load paper cores (cut to proper sizes) as per plan. </span></li>
<li><span>Ensures the correctness of every set-up as required by Slitter Job Order to meet quality standards and requirements of the customer.</span></li>
<li><span>Responsible for operating the slitter machine effectively and as per the safety standards. </span></li>
<li><span>Inspects and monitors the quality of rolls being slitted and place it in designated area for appropriate actions.</span></li>
<li><span>Perform QC check as per slitted roll specifications (during and after completion of slitting).</span></li>
<li><span>Conducts visual inspection such as winding quality and appearance of the roll produced.</span></li>
<li><span>Responsible for testing and recording the roll hardness using Test Hammer.</span></li>
<li><span>Responsible for unloading slitted rolls and transporting them to packing area or designated area assigned for the semi-finished goods.</span></li>
<li><span>Issue label for produced rolls and enter the production data to production Oracle / Bonfanti System Application.</span></li>
<li><span>Responsible for recording of production data (input/output details), shift report preparation & maintain logbook on shift slitting activities.</span></li>
