Responsibilities Job Purpose The R&D Lab Technician is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of the R&D Seasoning laboratory. Experience working within food safety, GMP, hygiene, and EHS requirements is preferred. Knowledge, Skills & Competencies Good understanding of laboratory operations, equipment handling, and technical support activities. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, GMP, and applicable EHS requirements. Strong planning, organizing, and time management skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, including root cause analysis and follow-up of corrective actions. Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and discipline. Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions without direct reporting relationships.
