You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, delivering technical solutions, and supporting the sales process from initial consultation through project completion.<br><br>Provide application engineering and technical support for Electro-Voice and Dynacord solutions across MEA, supporting consultants, integrators, distributors, and customers throughout the project lifecycle. Design and review professional audio systems, including loudspeaker layouts, DSP configuration, acoustic simulation, and IP audio networking; develop system designs, BOMs, and technical proposals using professional audio design tools and Auto CAD. Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, customer training, and workshops to support sales and customer engagement. Perform system tuning, measurement, optimization, and troubleshooting of complex audio, networking, hardware, and software integration challenges using industry-standard tools such as SMAART and Sys Tune. Support business development activities through technical expertise, market feedback, and participation in industry events and customer activities across the region.<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Audio Engineering, or related field.10+ years of experience in professional audio, AV system design, application engineering, or technical support. Strong knowledge of professional loudspeaker systems, amplifiers, DSP, digital audio processing, and installed sound solutions. Experience with Electro-Voice and Dynacord products is preferred. Knowledge of IP audio networking technologies including Dante and AES67. Experience with acoustic simulation and design tools such as EASE, EASE Address, EASE Focus, EASE Evac, SONICUE, or equivalent. Proficiency in Auto CAD for system drawings and technical documentation. Hands-on experience with audio measurement and tuning software such as SMAART and Sys Tune.
